Huadong Medicine: Huadong Medicine automatic unpacking line project successfully passed FAT acceptance

On May 14-15, 2019, Huadong Medicine (stock code 000963) Jiangdong phase II "full automatic unpacking line project" carried out fat acceptance as planned in Shanghai Miran Jiangxi manufacturing base, which successfully passed the acceptance and was highly praised by the Jiangdong phase II project team of Huadong Medicine. The project team agreed that the full automatic unpacking line provided by our company met the needs of users, complied with GMP regulations, and realized the full automation of material unpacking for Jiangdong phase II pharmaceutical preparation manufacturing of Huadong Medicine.
According to the client, the design capacity of Huadong Medicine's Jiangdong Phase II project is 10 billion capsules (tablets), with a large material handling volume. During the conceptual design phase, the company's leadership proposed to change the traditional manual material handling method and automate material handling to achieve full automation of pharmaceutical preparation manufacturing, laying a solid hardware foundation for intelligent and continuous production. The client also introduced that this design is the first of its kind in China. During the investigation and research of related equipment, it was found that there is no mature automatic unpacking equipment that complies with GMP regulations both domestically and internationally.
The R&D and design personnel of our company and the Jiangdong phase II project team of Huadong Medicine have successfully developed a full-automatic unpacking line after a large number of design research and tests based on the product process, use requirements and GMP regulations. The unpacking line is applicable to barrel and bag packaging, which changes the traditional material unpacking method, realizes full-automatic unpacking, and fills the gap at home and abroad.
