Product introduction
Laminar flow isolation device is a kind of air purification equipment which can provide local high clean environment. It is mainly composed of SUS304 stainless steel box, variable air volume air unit, liquid tank high efficiency filter, flow film, differential pressure meter, wind speed sensor, LED lights and so on. The laminar flow hood can be hoisted and supported by stainless steel square pipe, which is compact and easy to use. It can be used individually, or it can be used with O-RABS and C-RABS, or it can be connected to form a banded clean area, which can be installed above the process point of high cleanliness environment. After the air flows through the high efficiency filter and the homogenizing film at a certain wind speed, the homogenizing layer is formed, so that the clean air is a vertical one-way flow, so as to ensure the cleanliness of the working area to meet the process requirements. The operating area of the laminar hood is protected by a hundred vertical laminar flow ISO5 (NF, EN, ISO14644-1).

Working principle:
This equipment adopts a vertical unidirectional airflow form, and the air supply first needs to be pre filtered through a primary filter to remove large dust particles in the airflow. After pre-processing, the air is further filtered through a HEPA filter to provide sufficient protection for the filter. Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, it is filtered through a HEPA filter to meet the cleanliness requirements. All airflows are processed by HEPA filters, so there is no residual dust in the air supply and exhaust, avoiding secondary pollution. Due to the formation of a stable unidirectional flow in the work area, it plays a role in protecting the external environment.
